Remote Teams

Remote teams are groups of people who work together but don't necessarily need to be in the same place at the same time. This type of team is often used in situations where team members may be in different time zones or working different hours.

How do you manage Remote Teams at a company?

Paul’s company is fully remote, which means that none of his co-workers are in the same place. Being in Slack and on Zoom to train and answer questions all day was time-consuming and frustrating. He started using Arvo to create playbooks on how to do things at his company, and soon everyone started creating how-tos and training within Arvo. Co-workers at Paul’s company went from constantly asking each other questions to doing quick searches in Arvo to get the answer on exactly how to do things.
