A training asset is a resource that is made available through a learning management system or learning portal. Examples of assets include but are not limited to courses, playbooks, simulations, exams, and mentoring.

Within Arvo, the training assets can be searched anytime when the employee needs them, she can share them with her team if they ask her a question, and she can embed them in their work management system, ClickUp, right where the tasks and projects are.
